Time of day: the morning, from May to October

Between late spring and autumn this is not a preference, it is the difference between a straightforward job and a difficult one.

The afternoon thunderstorm arrives most days in that stretch, usually somewhere between two and five. Anything happening outside stops — a hot tub breakdown on a pool deck, a garage clearance with the door up, loading a truck at the curb. And the heat before the storm is its own problem: a metal storage unit or a closed garage is genuinely punishing by eleven.

The first slot of the day is the most requested window in Orlando for exactly these reasons, and it costs nothing extra.

The shift-work factor

This metro runs on schedules that are not nine to five. Theme-park and hotel staff around Dr. Phillips, Sand Lake and International Drive work early openings and late closes. Book it around the other thing happening

The single best scheduling trick is sequencing, not timing.

  • New appliance arriving? Book the removal for the same morning, before the delivery. The old fridge never spends a night on a Florida driveway.
  • Movers coming? Book the clearance for the morning after, not the same afternoon. Movers overrun constantly here.
  • Walkthrough at 2pm? Clear in the morning so the inspection happens on an empty unit.
  • Vacation rental turnover? First slot, ahead of the cleaning and pool teams.
  • Renovation running? Clear as you go rather than at the end, so nothing accumulates in the side yard where an HOA drive-through will find it.

What never changes the price
