Pricing
How does a photo quote work?
Upload or text a photo of what you want gone. The items are identified and priced from our published list, and you see one flat total before you book. If the photo misses something, send another and the quote updates.
What is the minimum order?
$75. A single sofa ($126) or a single twin mattress ($82) already meets it.
Do stairs, elevators, or long carries cost extra?
No. The flat price is the same whether the item sits in the garage or on a fourth-floor walk-up.
Is same-day pickup more expensive?
No. When a crew has room the same day, the price is identical to booking later in the week.
When is truck-fill pricing cheaper than item pricing?
For bigger jobs — a garage, an estate, a whole apartment. Truck-fill runs from $241 for a quarter load to $732 for a full sixteen-cubic-yard truck. Your quote compares the two methods and charges whichever total comes out lower.
Booking and the Day of Pickup
How soon can a crew come?
Often the same or next day, depending on the area and the size of the job. Choose from the open times on the quote page.
Do I need to be home during the pickup?
No. Many customers leave items in an open garage or share a door code, then get photos when the job is finished.
Who actually does the hauling?
Vetted local hauling crews who work through JunkRabbit. You book, pay, and communicate with us; they bring the truck and the muscle.
Do you work with landlords, realtors, and property managers?
Yes. Each property or unit can be quoted separately, and access can be handled with lockboxes or door codes, which keeps billing simple across owners.
What We Take
Do you take paint and propane tanks?
Yes, with their own prices because they need special handling: a one-gallon paint can is $30, a five-gallon bucket $52, and a twenty-pound propane tank $33.
Do you haul yard waste and storm branches?

What happens to the things you take?
Usable furniture goes to donation first, appliances go to refrigerant recovery and metal recycling, electronics go to e-waste recyclers, and what’s left is disposed of at licensed facilities.
Can you take hot tubs, pianos, and pool tables?
Yes. A hot tub is $322, an upright piano $290, and a pool table $603, each with the extra crew it needs.
Local Pickup Rules
My address says Orlando. Which trash rules apply to me?
It depends on whether you’re inside Orlando city limits or in unincorporated Orange County — many “Orlando” addresses, like Pine Hills and Meadow Woods, are county. The city takes two hand-loadable items on yard-waste day; the county takes about three cubic yards on garbage day but no refrigerators.
How do Seminole and Osceola counties handle bulk items?
Unincorporated Seminole schedules bulk pickup by appointment with the area hauler. Unincorporated Osceola allows about three cubic yards weekly plus two scheduled extra pickups a year. Kissimmee is separate and charges by the cubic yard.
