A Town Named for a Lake
Windermere was chartered on February 2, 1925, and named after England’s Lake Windermere. The Butler Chain of Lakes around it covers about 6,000 acres. Keene’s Pointe opened in 1996, and Isleworth is the gated golf enclave nearby.
Homes here are large, often lakefront, and often second homes. Estate cleanouts involve more square footage and more outdoor gear than almost anywhere else we work.

Inside, Outside, and on the Water
Boathouse and Dock
Paddleboards, kayaks, cushions, and old dock boxes. We carry them up from the water’s edge. Boats and structural dock work aren’t part of our service.
Heavy Pieces
Grand pianos, slate pool tables, and gun safes need a larger crew. The photo quote accounts for that up front.

Do you clear boathouses?
Yes — kayaks and paddleboards at $71 each, plus cushions, gear, and storage bins. Boats themselves aren’t included.
How much does it cost to remove a slate pool table?
A slate pool table is $706, taken apart on site.
How many trucks does a large lake home need?
It depends on what’s staying. Photos of every room let us give you an exact truck count and price before anyone arrives.
